Co-workers say…
Alyssa is a great collaborator and while she always brings great design ideas to the table, she often doesn’t shy away from contributing to ideas outside her immediate role. This perspective often lends to new and outside-the-box ideas embraced by the team.
– Figg Leadership
Ask Alyssa to bake you an apple and she bakes you an apple pie.
– Coworker at Figg, a Chase company
Alyssa was a true collaborator and was always more than willing to help no matter what. Not only is she an extremely talented designer, but she's also super organized. I was always impressed with her ability to manage multiple projects.
– Carrie Bain, Sr. Copywriter at TCF Bank
I greatly appreciate the quality of work and her compassion for co-workers. She is amazing to work with and inspires others to want to work with her and help in any way possible.
– Coworker at Figg, a Chase company
Currently at Pax8 as a digital designer and WordPress producer and at BW Collective as the designer for the small but mighty strategic marketing agency.
My expertise is in marketing design and strategy with a focus in web and products, positioning myself for the evolving landscape of design.
Creative Resourcer and Project Management
At TCF Bank, I played a key role in a task force assembled by leadership to restructure the project process in the Marketing department. The successful implementation of this revamped process led to my appointment as the owner and trainer of Wrike, our marketing project management tool. Additionally, I took on the role of creative resourcer, where I worked on revising creative briefs and managing project intake. I was responsible for assigning projects to the creative team and overseeing the resourcing of projects.
At Figg, my responsibilities encompassed managing project delegation, prioritization, and intake within the Marketing department. I utilized various tools, like Wrike and Jira, and adjusted projects based on the specific needs of the business.
